The ACR Greater Philadelphia Chapter is part of the national Association for Conflict Resolution, a professional organization dedicated to enhancing the practice, training, and public understanding of conflict management. Our chapter exists to serve this mission throughout Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Delaware.
What We Do
We deliver:
- Educational programs for mediators at all experience levels
- Speaker events and facilitated discussions
- Community outreach to expand awareness of mediation, arbitration, facilitation, and other methods of conflict prevention, management and constructive resolution

Our Values
We are inclusive. Membership is open to all dispute resolution practitioners, trainers, educators, and recipients of conflict prevention, management and resolution services. We actively strive to reflect the diversity of our region and will not allow cost to become a barrier to membership.
We are ethical. We strongly encourage mediators, arbitrators, and other conflict management practitioners to adhere to the ACR ethical principles of professionalism, process, and role. We also encourage adherence to all ethical provisions established by other professional organizations to which Chapter members might belong.
